Inclusion of Conference Fee:

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellation of registration may be cancelled but a US$50/delegate will be charged for processing the request.

Cancellation of registration with refund must be done before August 21, 2010 otherwise request for cancellation will not be accepted and payment not be refunded.

Request for cancellation of registration must be emailed to the 6th ACC Secretariat (info@asiancarriersconference.com)


REGISTRATION CHANGE/SUBSTITUTION POLICIES

Registration change/substitution must be done before September 7, 2010. There will be no fees for registration change/substitution during this period.

If Registration change/substitution is done after September 7, 2010, a processing fee and administrative fee of US$50/delegate will be charged for processing the request.
