Isabelle Lorin de Reure is VP Marketing Strategy and Development for the International Carriers Division within France Telecom Orange, where she manages the Marketing and Development as well as the product strategy for voice, data, IP, and data mobile for the International Wholesale business.
Isabelle joined the Group in 1984 in the International Direction. She took the responsibility of Development for Latin America in 1987,based in Caracas, where she contributed to major investments opportunities for the France Telecom Group, like Telecom Argentina or Telmex, before becoming President of France Telecom America del Sur in 1991, in Argentina.
In 1995 she took up the position of Vice President in charge of Mergers & Acquisitions for France Cable Radio, where she headed up new major acquisitions.Isabelle then became Executive Vice President Strategy and Development of Globecast in 1997, where her main mission was to launch and consolidate a multinational Group of Broadcast and Satellite services. She also mounted and managed the opening of new branches in Miami, Singapore, Delhi, Italy and Lebanon.
In 2001, Isabelle became Senior Vice President - Industry Major Accounts -, developing business with french and international top MNCs. In 2007, she moved on to manage the Mobility Business Unit and End User Transformation Program in Orange Business Services, developping Business Everywhere, WIFI and End Users centric solutions for the MNCs market.

| Jim Clarke, Director - Global Carrier Sales, Telstra International |

Jim is the recently appointed Director of the Global Carrier sales team in Telstra International, based in Hong Kong. With over 13 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, he is responsible for driving sales strategy and business development for the Telstra International carrier team, across Asia, EMEA, US and Australia.
Prior to joining Telstra International, Jim was the Sales Director for Global sales in Telstra Wholesale, a role he held for four years. In that position Jim was successful in expanding the business relationships of existing customers, moving into new territories, as well as bringing in new business to Telstra Wholesale. He was also responsible for domestic wholesale customers, with a combined revenue responsibility of AUD$1bn per annum.
Before joining Telstra Wholesale, Jim spent four years at WorldCom International, based in London, where he managed the international wholesale pricing team for WorldCom’s EMEA business.
Jim is married with three children and his hobbies include golf and skiing.

| David Kennedy, Research Director |

David Kennedy is a research director responsible for broadband and wireline research. Based in Melbourne, Australia, he co-ordinates Ovum’s broadband research priorities across Australia, New Zealand, Southeast Asia and Greater China.
David presents at major conferences in the region, and his comments are regularly sought by the Australian and Asian press. Prior to joining Ovum in January 2006, David worked in both government and the private sector as an analyst and consultant, with a strong emphasis on linking research to policy and strategy development. Key roles have included Senior Policy Adviser to the Australian Communications Minister during the 1997 telecommunications reform process, Consultant to the Malaysian Government on its 1998 communications policy reforms, and General Manager for Strategy at the National Office for the Information Economy, with responsibility for research and policy development on convergence issues, and General Manager for Research at the Australian Department of Communications, IT and the Arts, where he led a team responsible for economic analysis of telecommunications and related markets.
David has a bachelor’s degree with honours in Science from the University of Sydney.

Philippe Millet created and chairs the i3forum, a group of 37 international telecommunications providers from the 5 continents representing a combined retail base of over 1.5 billion customers across more than 100 countries. The goal of the i3 Forum is foster industry-wide transition of voice and innovative services to an all-IP world. The i3forum leverages the communications expertise of its highly diverse member base to develop collaborative recommendations for use by all carriers in the industry, addressing technical, operational and business related issues.
Philippe Millet has recently been appointed Senior Vice President, Orange Money Operations at France Telecom Orange, after 8 years as SVP, Marketing, International Wholesale Solutions for the France Telecom Orange Group. Philippe joined the Group in 1999, and held various senior positions in International Network Operations, Business Development and Group coordination.

Rob van den Dam is the Global Telecommunications Industry Leader at the IBM Institute for Business Value. He is responsible for developing and deploying strategic thought leadership in telecommunications and as such contributor to IBM's global telecom strategy. In this role he develops future agenda's, industry outlooks and business value realization studies. He has 20 years experience in the telecom industry and has worked in a range of advisory and implementation roles for major telecommunications, media and government organizations.
Prior to joining IBM he worked for Data Sciences where he was Senior Principal and one of the founders of Data Sciences' telecommunications practice. He started his career 30 years ago at the National Aerospace Industry where he worked in both national and international projects. Rob graduated at the Delft University in Aerospace Engineering (with honours) and got a Phd.
Rob periodically presents or participates in panel sessions at major industry conferences, such as Broadcast Asia, World Telecoms Council, Broadband World Forum, IBC, and the i2010 Industry Roundtable for the European Commission. He has published multiple articles in, amongst others, Telecom Asia magazine, Annual Review of Communications, Journal of Telecommunications Management, Wireless Asia, European Communications, Total Telecom Magazine and Mobile Europe.

Chip Barton is Managing Director IDT Telecom Asia Pacific Limited where he is responsible for IDT's businesses in the Asia Pacific region. During his 5 year tenure with IDT, the company introduced numerous new services, significantly increased business volumes and expanded its operations into several new markets in Asia Pacific. Prior to his current position, he was President, AT&T International Ventures, where he was responsible for managing and growing the entire portfolio of AT&T's equity investments in the region. Mr. Barton started his career at AT&T, where he worked in the Telecom Services and Computer Systems Business Units. He subsequently moved to AT&T International where he was responsible for AT&T's expansion into Europe.
He has also held positions as Head of Global Marketing and Regional Sales Director for Latin America.
He moved to Sydney, Australia as AT&T's Managing Director - South Pacific.
He was subsequently transferred to Hong Kong as Strategy and Business Development Vice President of Asia Pacific, responsible for the company's expansion through equity ventures into India, China and other countries throughout the region.

Joseph is the group editor for the telecom titles, which includes Telecom Asia and Wireless Asia. He joined Telecom Asia in January 2004 and is also responsible for online development for three telecom websites and custom publishing projects. He has 14 years of experience as an editor in Asia for business publications and websites, with experience at a web startup in 2000, Research & Development Magazine, Global Sources and the Bangkok Post.
