Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company (PLDT) and SMART Communications, Inc. are pleased to announce the 5th Asian Carriers’ Conference (ACC) in Shangri-La’s Mactan Resort and Spa, Cebu, Philippines to be held on September 09 (Wednesday) to September 12, 2009 (Saturday).

Fast evolution of telecoms technologies and applications continue to change the form and shape of the global telecommunications industry. Revenue from carriers’ wholesale business is constantly under pressure and attack.
